2. Description of Service

Scanny provides AI-powered OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and document processing services that integrate with third-party platforms including HubSpot CRM and Google Drive. The Service allows users to:

• Upload and process documents using AI-powered OCR
• Extract structured data from documents
• Automatically populate CRM fields and database records
• Create automated workflows for document processing
• Integrate with third-party services via API

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Scanny offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

• Free Tier: Limited to 100 documents per month
• Pro Plan: Up to 1,000 documents per month with advanced features
• Enterprise Plan: Custom limits and dedicated support

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan has monthly document processing limits. You agree to:

• Use the Service in accordance with your subscription tier limits
• Not abuse or circumvent usage limitations
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair use policies or exceed reasonable usage patterns.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• The collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• The processing of uploaded documents by AI systems
• The storage of extracted data on our servers
• Integration with third-party services you authorize (HubSpot, Google Drive, etc.)

You retain all ownership rights to your documents and data. We claim no ownership or control over your content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Scanny integrates with third-party services such as HubSpot and Google Drive. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
• You must comply with the terms of service of any integrated third-party platforms
• You are responsible for managing access tokens and permissions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scanny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software without our explicit written permission.

9. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Keep your API tokens secure and confidential
• Not exceed rate limits specified for your subscription tier
• Not use the API to build a competing service
• Properly attribute Scanny when required

10. Accuracy and Warranties

While we strive for high accuracy in OCR and data extraction:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases
• You are responsible for verifying extracted data before use
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for errors in extracted data or decisions made based on that data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scanny operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
